ABS-CBN brings another hit and 'kilig' Koreanovela this 2012 via Heartstrings. It is a youthful melodrama about the main characters' love, friendship and dreams, set against the backdrop of an arts university. This drama's main lead, Jung Yong Hwa and Park Shin Hye, were originally paired from SBS's 2009 drama, You're Beautiful. Jung Yong Hwa's character in You're Beautiful, Shin Woo, was involved in a one-sided love relationship with Park Shin Hye's character, Mi Nam. This pair never got together in You're Beautiful.
Trivia:
The drama was previously known as Festival and later renamed to You've Fallen for Me. Fans of the drama were able to vote and give ideas for the English title of the drama, and on May 9, 2011, the drama was announced to be named as Heartstrings.
