ABS-CBN is investing on another big project that will star three of the best actors in movie and television. With the title Apoy Sa Dagat, this grand teleserye will star Piolo Pascual, Diether Ocampo and Angelica Panganiban.
In an interview with ABS-CBN news, Piolo Pascual revealed he will start working for Apoy Sa Dagat next week and will train a lot because of the physically challenging role that he will portray. Piolo has just wrapped up shooting with Dahil Sa Pag-ibig which ended on a high note last Friday.
Piolo also shared that he couldn't resist doing Apoy Sa Dagat with Angelica Panganiban and Diether Ocampo because of its "new" concept and the added challenge of his role being "very physical."
Apoy Sa Dagat is a drama project which according to Piolo will have a 'water element' that is, they will be shooting at sea. This will be Diether and Piolo's first teleserye together. Diether had already worked with Angelica in Iisa Pa Lamang and Rubi while Angelica and Piolo were paired not only in their latest movie Every Breath U Take but also in the TV series, Mangarap Ka.
Another exciting teleserye from ABS-CBN is coming our way and surely, Apoy Sa Dagat will be another primetime hit that we Filipinos can be proud of.
