Vice Ganda got a surprise call from his 'boyfriend' on the taping of the November 11 episode of Gandang Gabi Vice (GGV). The said call from Vice's special someone happened weeks after the comedian admitted that he has hit a rough patch in his love life.
Vice, who was interviewing couple Bea Alonzo and Zanjoe Marudo did not expect the call which was first taken by Bea. Vice then set the mic on the phone so that the audience will hear their conversation. Vice did not reveal the identity of his boyfriend, who he refers to as "baby boy." Vice was tickled to the max when the guy called him "baby girl" and told him "I love you."
In his official Twitter account, Vice Ganda said he didn't expect that the show will air the incident.
"Ninenerbyos ako sa GGV ! Di nyo inedit. Waaaaaaahhhhhhh!" Vice tweeted. "Puro Baby Girl at Baby Boy na ang laman ng text at Twitter ko kaloka! GGV," he added.
Some source though claimed that the "surprise caller" was a member of the audience.
Meanwhile, Kiefer Ravena and Jeron Teng were also guests on the said episode and the two UAAP heartthrobs grilled the host involving two FEU basketball players that have been romantically linked to Vice: Terrence Romeo and RR Garcia.
