Rising star Alden Richards revealed that he has always wanted to work with award-winning actor John Lloyd Cruz. In an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal, Alden shared that he idolized the Kapamilya actor.
When asked if what role he would want him and John Lloyd to portray, Alden exclaimed, "Mag-kuya po, magkapatid sana."
Alden also expressed his willingness to do a kissing scene with John Lloyd Cruz if given a project like In My Life where JLC played a gay lover to Luis Manzano.
"Okay lang din po [na gumanap ako ng bading at lover ni John Lloyd sa kwento]," Alden told PEP. "Opo, okay lang. Basta maganda po yung story and hindi naman po kababoy-baboy."
"Okay lang din po [kung may kissing scene], added Alden. "Acting lang naman po, as an actor lang naman po. Kasi pag trabaho naman at challenging po, at the same time basta maganda po yung script and then yung talagang for the sake of the story."
Alden said that he will work hard to perfect his craft as an actor when the time comes that he gets to work with his idol, hoping that Star Cinema and GMA-7 will allow the said project if ever.
Alden also wishes to work with Anne Curtis. He said that he is willing to do love scenes with Anne and will go all the way to the point of a butt exposure when the movie calls for it.
"Tatanggi pa ba ako [kung si Anne Curtis ang kasama]? Magdyi-gym po talaga ako nang magdyi-gym para mapaghandaan ko yung role," said Alden.
