The pilot episode of Sarah Geronimo's drama anthology Sarah G Presents has been moved to a later date. The drama anthology is about to run for 13 weeks on its first season where Sarah will be paired with different leading man per episode.
The pilot episode entitled "Sapilitan" was originally for airing on Sunday, March 10 but due to unforeseen circumstances, it's airing has been postponed. According to reports, it was Sarah's busy schedule that led to its airing being moved to a later date which is yet to be announced.
Sarah is currently filming for It Takes a Man and a Woman, the third and last installment of the Miggy Montenegro-Laida Magtalas trilogy where she acts opposite John Lloyd Cruz. The said movie, directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina will open in cinemas on March 30.
Sarah Geronimo has already shoot some scenes for the pilot episode of Sarah G Presents. Her first leading man in the show is heartthrob Paulo Avelino. In an interview with MJ Felipe of Umagang Kay Ganda, Sarah shared the plot of her episode with Paulo.
"Magkakabarkada kami nina Paulo Avelino, magkababata kami tapos bestfriend ko yung eventually naging girlfriend niya tapos naging fiance niya. Unfortunately nung ikakasal na sila, nagkaroon ng car accident yung bestfriend ko na si Janice. She passed away," Sarah narrated.
Sarah continued about her guilt on not being able to tell Janice that she was secretly in love with her boyfriend, played by Paulo Avelino.
There is no definite date yet on the airing of Sarah G Presents but one thing is for sure, Sarah will show more maturity in the upcoming drama anthology.
