Juan Dela Cruz may still be the country's number 1 program but on Wednesday, the Coco Martin starrer hit its lowest TV rating since its premiere. The action-fantasy series got only 28.6%, a far cry from its usual ratings of more than 30%.
The trend is the same for Ina Kapatid Anak rating of which also dropped below 30%. The reason for this was the massive blackout in Metro Manila and parts of Luzon on May 8 due to the unscheduled shutdown of 5 major power plants in the country.
