According to he analysis of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Wednesday, Vhong Navarro didn't rape Deniece Cornejo based on the CCTV footage taken from the latter's condominium unit in Taguig City.
"Attempt to rape is not possible. The footage is glaring that there was no instance that Deniece was inside her room," NBI Assistant Regional Director Vicente De Guzman said at a press conference.
Based on the CCTV footage, the NBI also found that there are two men who were already inside the condominium, as the two were not seen entering the premises together with Cedric Lee, her sister Berniece Lee and three other men. The two men were seen only when Vhong was escorted outside the condo hand-tied.
