World's most popular boyband One Direction has just released the music video for their newest single Little Things from their sophomore album "Take Me Home." The 13-track album kicks off with the band's lead single Live While We’re Young which held the record for most views on Vevo in a 24-hour period.

Khalil Ramos 'Kung Ako Na Lang Sana' Music Video

Pilipinas Got Talent Season 3 runner-up turned Princess and I star Khalil Ramos has released the music video for his single Kung Ako Na Lang Sana, one of the six tracks from his self-titled debut album under Star Records.

Khalil's album also include the tracks Kung Ako Ba Siya and Now Were Together which are both included in the Princess and I soundtrack, his version of I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing which he sang in PGT, One More Chance, and Simple Lang. The songs are also accompanied by a minus one.

Meanwhile, Khalil is paired with his Princess and I love team Sofia Andres in the music video for Kung Ako Na Lang Sana to which story is somewhat reminiscent of their unrequited love in the series.

'A Secret Affair' Official Movie Soundtrack Released

Viva Entertainment has released the official movie soundtrack of A Secret Affair starring Anne Curtis, Andi Eigenmann and Derek Ramsay. The movie, which had its premiere night last Sunday will open in theaters nationwide this October 24 2012.

A Secret Affair movie soundtrack features timeless songs rendered by various OPM artists. It includes the movie's theme song, Don't Say Goodbye performed by Diamond Soul Siren Nina, who also had a brief appearance in the movie.

Young JV Collaborates with Myrtle Sarrosa for New Album 'Doin' It Big' Carrier Single

Popular R&B singer Young JV is bringing a new sound and unique music styles in his debut album under Star Records aptly titled “Doin’ It Big.”

According to the singer-actor, who also performs in ABS-CBN’s top-rating Sunday musical variety show “ASAP 2012,” his first album in his new recording label is extra-special for him as it presents the listeners everything that he can do as an artist.

“We worked on it for a year and we basically did a lot of styles of music that the youth and young adults will surely appreciate–from hip hop, R&B, acoustic, house, and more. And through it, I was able to shows my different emotions,” said Young JV, who starred in a number of teleseryes and was part of Sarah Geronimo and Gerald Anderson’s blockbuster movie hit “Won’t Last A Day Without You.”

Produced by Star Records and Doin’ It Big Productions, “Doin’ It Big” features 10 tracks including its carrier single-turned-dance-craze ‘Your Name’ which Young JV sang with Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4 big winner Myrtle Sarrosa. Also part of the album are his special collaborations ‘Boy Meets Girl’ with Yeng Constantino, ‘Alay’ with Akiko, ‘Rock This Town’ with Laze and Yumi, and ‘Hurts So Bad’ with Karylle. Check out the music video of Daniel Padilla's Prinsesa, the latest single from his debut album Hinahanap-Hanap Kita which turned gold in less than a week. Daniel's album is now certified platinum.

Released by Star Records, Hinahanap-Hanap Kita features six track – the carrier single Hinahanap-hanap Kita, Pagsubok, Paniwalaan Mo, Prinsesa, Grow Old With You, and the song Ako’y Iyo Ika’y Akin Lamang which Daniel specially dedicates to his onscreen leading lady Kathryn.

In Prinsesa music video, Daniel is singing inside a maze of hedges looking for someone. The concept is somewhat royal-inspired with the warrior facing all the challenges just to find his princess.

After the success of his gold album “Change,” Kapamilya leading man Jericho Rosales is set to make everyone fall in love again as he launches his newest solo album titled “Korona.” 

Released by Star Records, Echo’s new album features two remakes and seven all-original ‘alternative OPM’ songs that Echo wrote including its carrier single “Paboritong Tag-Ulan,” which he wrote with album co-producer Jonathan Manalo.

Christian Bautista X Plus: The 10th Anniversary Album

Ten years has passed since Christian Bautista was introduced to showbiz, but he remains to be one of the most sought-after balladeer of his generation here and abroad.

Universal Records joins Christian as he celebrates his first decade with the release of X Plus, a collection of songs which celebrate his 10th year.

X Plus includes Christian’s rendition of three of the biggest theme songs from top rating teleserye – Gaano Kadalas Ang Minsan (from Walang Hanggan), Nag-iisang Bituin (from Princess and I), and Nag-iisang Ikaw (from Precious Hearts Romances presents Pintada).

According to Richard, “Be Careful With My Heart Album” is special not only to their fans but to him and Jodi themselves. “We both love music and singing but we never dreamt of being recording artists,” he shared. “This is special to us because aside from the fact that it’s our first album, we really worked hard for this because we want the people who’ll buy the album to be happy with the songs and how we sang them, and not just because we’re part of it.”

“Be Careful With My Heart Rewind” will begin with the pilot episode of the hit ‘kilig-serye’ where viewers can rediscover the beginning of the unique love story of Yaya Maya (Jodi) and Mr. Lim (Richard).

“This is the first time that a TV program airs a replay every Saturday,” said Jodi. “We offer this to everyone who cannot watch ‘Be Careful With My Heart’ every morning because they’re busy with their work and school. We hope that we can share them the joy and the good vibes that the morning audience enjoy.”

Aside from the momentous “Be Careful With My Heart Rewind,” another special gift that the show has for their loyal supporters is the much anticipated release of the show’s nine-track official soundtrack.

According to Richard, “Be Careful With My Heart Album” is special not only to their fans but to him and Jodi themselves. “We both love music and singing but we never dreamt of being recording artists,” he shared. “This is special to us because aside from the fact that it’s our first album, we really worked hard for this because we want the people who’ll buy the album to be happy with the songs and how we sang them, and not just because we’re part of it.”

Jodi added that avid viewers will surely relate with all the tracks of the album. “Everytime they’ll listen to it, they’ll remember the romantic moments of Sir Chief and Maya,” said Jodi.

The tracklist of “Be Careful With My Heart Album” include: ‘Be Careful With My Heart’ and ‘When You Say Nothing At All’ which are both duets by Jodi and Richard; ‘Kaba’ and ‘Torete’ sund by Jodi; ‘When You Say Nothing At All,’ ‘The Way You Look Tonight,’ and ‘Sorry Na, Pwede Ba?’ by Richard; ‘I’ll Be There’ by Aiza Seguerra; and a bonus track of ‘Be Careful With My Heart’ sung by Juris and Sam Milby.

Gloc-9 'Sirena' Music Video Featuring Ebe Dancel

Check out the music video of Sirena by rapper Gloc-9 featuring Ebe Dancel. Sirena is the first single in Gloc-9's newly-released sixth album "MKNM: Mga Kwento Ng Makata" under Universal Records.

Gloc-9 admits being super proud of the album's single Sirena which talks about the story of a responsible gay man from his battered childhood to his teenage years until his father's deathbed.

"I think this is the first time that a song about a gay man is presented in a first person's point of view," explains Gloc-9. "I worked very hard on this song for it not to be offending to anyone."

The Sirena music video was directed by J. Pacena II (who also directed Gloc-9's Lando, Balita, Upuan among others). The video also features prominent LGBT personalities and "King of Talk" Boy Abunda.

Music Video: Super Junior's SPY - the 6th Album Repackage

SM Entertainment has released the music video for Super Junior's SPY, the title track of their repackaged 6th album which dropped online August 5th and on shelves the following day.

SPY, the repackaged 6th album contains all the 10 songs from the original 6th jib Sexy, Free & Single with an additional four tracks -- SPY, Outsider, Only U (reportedly composed by Leeteuk and Donghae) and Haru.

Super Junior's sixth album Sexy, Free & Single was released last July and instantly became a hit. The new song, SPY, according to allkpop.com is "an urban dance track that sings of the humorous chase men endure to catch the girl he wants, while incorporating a James Bond 007 feel."

Khalil Ramos Launches Self-titled Debut Album

Pilipinas Got Talent Season 3 runner-up turned Princess and I star Khalil Ramos  has released his self-titled debut album. The teen heartthrob was very happy about the launch of his very first album under Star Records. 

"I’m just really overwhelmed and happy, Khalil told ABS-CBN PR. "I always believed in myself and I did everything and anything that I can to achieve my dreams, and of course with lots and lots of prayers."

Khalil's album has six songs accompanied by a minus one. The track list includes Kung Ako Ba Siya and Now Were Together which are both included in the Princess and I soundtrack, his version of I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing which he sang in PGT, One More Chance, Kung Ako Na Lang Sana and Simple Lang.

Khalil said that he is involved in the selection of the songs wher he personally chose I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing, his favorite song in the album.  According to Khalil, his album is a mix of alternative rock and ballad songs which were recorded far from the original versions and will cater to music lovers.

Singing or Acting?

Khalil Ramos was first known as a singer after his PGT stint but now, he was familiar to fans as one of the lead stars in the hit Royal teleserye, Princess and I. When asked if which genre he is more happy and comfortable at, Khalil said that if he will choose one, it will be singing.

"Acting and singing are really similar. Because when I sing, I also act dahil kailangang ma-feel ng audience mo ‘yung kanta. So that’s why hindi na ako masyado nahirapan sa acting, though pinag-aralan ko pa rin siya. Masaya ako sa parehas, pero mas masaya ako sa first love ko, which is singing. Kung papapiliin ako, singing pa rin."

Khalil's Message to Fans

"Sa lahat po ng sumusuporta sa akin from the very start of my career, maraming-maraming salamat po! Kung wala po kayo, wala itong albun ko! Sana po hindi kayo magsawa sa pagsuporta sa akin. Mahal na mahal ko po kayo! Itong first album ko ay dedicated po para sa inyong lahat!"
