Chosen by the said magazine, the top 10 stars had each a share of their own pictorial styled by famed stylist, Liz Uy wherein the featured celebrities wore clothes from their own wardrobes. Out of the 10 Best Dressed stars, 9 came from the Kapamilya network. The list include:

- Lucy Torres-Gomez
- Dawn Zulueta
- John Lloyd Cruz
- Iza Calzado
- Piolo Pascual
- Kim Chiu
