Actor Gerald Anderson celebrated his 23rd birthday on “ASAP 2012” on Sunday. As part of the surprise for Anderson, several celebrities whom he worked with on the recently concluded television show “Budoy” gave him special birthday messages.
“Masaya ako na sa pagbabalik Kapamilya ko, ikaw ang nakatrabaho ko agad. Keep up the good work, anak,” said actress Janice de Belen.
“Masayang-masaya ako na nagkaroon ako ng pagkakataon makatrabaho ka. Once again, congratulations dahil talagang ang galing ng pagganap mo bilang si Budoy,” said actor Tirso Cruz III.
As for actress Mylene Dizon, she said: “This was your best performance ever. That’s why I am so proud na nakatrabaho kita dito.”
Singer-actress Zsa Zsa Padilla, for her part, said: “I can see a very bright future for you dahil napaka-hardworking mo talaga. I’m so proud na nakasama kita doon.”
Aside from Anderson’s “Budoy” co-stars, Pop Star Princess Sarah Geronimo also wished the actor well on his birthday.
Sarah and Gerald are currently being romantically linked. Geronimo said she is really glad and proud that she had the chance to know Anderson on a more personal level.
“Ako ay talagang happy at proud na nakakilala ako at nakatrabaho ako ng hindi lang maganda o gwapo sa pisikal kung hindi napakaganda pa ng kalooban, may mabuting kaibigan. Ikaw 'yon, Gege. Lagi mong sinasabi na ‘Be happy, be Budoy’ pero para sa akin dapat ‘Be happy, Be Gerald!’ Happy birthday, babe,” she said.
Gerald Anderson thanked his "Budoy" co-stars for their greetings.
He also thanked Sarah for giving him inspiration everyday.
“Thank you, baby girl. Gusto ko lang magpasalamat sa kanya sa lahat ng inspirasyon na binibigay niya sa akin. Ingat ka sa Dubai,” he said.
Sarah is currently in Dubai for a concert.
