ABS-CBN's noontime show It's Showtime is once again on the tip of another controversy after what happened on the "Sine Mo 'To" segment on today's episode, October 23.
On the said segment, madlang pipol were picked by the hosts to serve as actors then they could win cash prizes. An unfortunate event happened when hosts Vice Ganda and Jhong Hilario chose 2 two guys (more or less teenagers) from the audience for a 'fliptop' or rap battle.
One of the boys unexpectedly rap words pertaining to the male genital and considering that It's Showtime is a live show, they cannot edit the part as it was a sudden slip of the mouth.
Here's what the two guys said on on the fliptop battle:
First guy: "Di ka marunong mag-fliptop, meron akong laptop, etong piso, pambili ng lollipop."
Second guy: "Fliptop ka nang fliptop, ala ka naman laptop, subo mo na lang t--- ko, gawin mong lollipop."

As a consequence, the second guy was escorted out of the Showtime studio while the hosts apologized for the said incident. Although the hosts reminded the two guys not to say bad or nasty words from the beginning, the unexpected still happened.
It's Showtime is celebrating their 3rd anniversary this week and this controversy may or may not add color and spice to the celebration. Will MTRCB suspend the show after this 'fliptop controversy' just like what happened in 2010 when actress Rossana Roces made a remark against teachers?
