ABS-CBN’s most passionate primetime drama series “Apoy Sa Dagat” continues to rule on its timeslot and even defeated the finale episode of its rival program as viewers watched with bated breath the exciting turn of events and the much-awaited reunion of lost twins Rebecca and Serena both portrayed by award-winning actress Angelica Panganiban.
Based on the data from Kantar Media last Friday (March 15) when the controversial face-off between Adriana (Angel Aquino) and Rebecca, who was thrown off the Jones Bridge, “Apoy Sa Dagat” obtained a high national TV ratings of 25.1% vs. the farewell episode of GMA’s “Pahiram ng Sandali” that only scored 19.6%.
Now that the twins’ mother, Odessa (Aiko Melendez), is back in the Philippines, how will she change the lives of the two families–Lamayre and Del Sol–who made her suffer? Did Rebecca really die? What will Ruben (Piolo Pascual) do once he sees the ‘different’ Serena? Will Anton (Diether Ocampo) discover the secret of the twins?
