ABS-CBN's It's Showtime 'Bida Kapamilya' Round 2 Grand Finals happened May 11 and Agravante Family from Sta. Cruz, Laguna was hailed as the grand winner of Bida Kapamilya. Agravante family took home P1 million in cash and the title of 'Bida Kapamilya' Round 2 Grand Champion.
Eight families vied for the title of Bida Kapamilya Round 2 Champion. They are the Mateo family (Floridablanca, Pampanga), Malabanan family (Cabuyao, Laguna), Manalo family (Antipolo, Rizal), Tauyan family (Novaliches, Quezon City), Ayala family (Bicutan, Taguig City), Javier family (Caloocan City), Luntayao family (San Pedro, Laguna), and wildcard winner Agravante family (Sta. Cruz, Laguna).
Agravante Family, as a wildcard contestant won on Thursday and had only one day to prepare for the grand finals. With infotainment as peg, the family focused on telling Philippine history in an entertaining way mixing acting, dancing, singing and rap.
Agravante family was mentored by Giselle Sanchez. The rest of the grand finalists were mentored by different celebrities including Jimmy Bondoc, Michael Flores, Joy Viado, Archie Alemania, Jamie Rivera, Sexbomb Jopay Paguia, and Luke Mijares.
