Kantar Media (November 23) TV Ratings: Ina Kapatid Anak Beats Coffee Prince Finale

ABS-CBN's Ina Kapatid Anak still reigned over Coffee Prince's finale episode last Friday, November 23. The short-lived Aljur-Kris starrer which aired for barely two months had its highest rating in the finale episode but not enough to topple even no. 1 daytime series, Be Careful With My Heart.

Meanwhile, Kahit Puso'y Masugatan re-entered the top 10 primetime programs which is topped by Princess and I. Here are the Top 10 daytime and primetime programs on November 23, 2012 among Total Philippines (Urban & Rural) households according to Kantar Media/TNS:

Ina Kapatid Anak Beats Pilot Episode of Pahiram ng Sandali in Nationwide TV Ratings

ABS-CBN’s top caliber family drama series, “Ina Kapatid Anak” topbilled by Kim Chiu, Xian Lim, Enchong Dee and Maja Salvador trounced its newest rival program in GMA by almost 16 points.

Based on the data from Kantar Media on Monday (November 26), “Ina Kapatid Anak” garnered 32.9% national TV ratings, while the pilot episode of its latest competition “Pahiram ng Sandali” only got 17.5%. The Kapamilya series also ruled its timeslot last Friday (November 23) with 31.9% national TV ratings, or almost 14 points higher than the final episode of “Coffee Prince: Pinoy Version” which only got 18.2%.

Meanwhile, the plot of “Ina Kapatid Anak” continues to thicken now that Julio (Ariel Rivera) already found Teresa (Cherry Pie Picache). Will this be the start of more heated confrontations between their families? Will Teresa be forced to reveal Celyn’s (Kim) real identity or will she keep on hiding it?

Kim Chiu and Maja Salvador Boost Ratings of 'Ina Kapatid Anak, ' Beats Coffee Prince by Mile

The much-awaited return of Kim Chiu and Maja Salvador on primetime TV recently made ABS-CBN’s newest Primetime Bida drama series “Ina Kapatid Anak” the fourth most-watched TV program nationwide

. 

Based on the data of Kantar Media last Friday (October 12), the episode that featured the grown-up Celyn (Kim) and Margaux (Maja) garnered 27.4% national TV ratings, an almost 14-point lead versus the 13.5% of its rival program in GMA, “Coffee Prince.” 

Now that Celyn is finally in Manila, will fate find its way to bring her back to her real parents Beatrice (Janice de Belen) and Julio (Ariel Rivera)? Will Celyn and Margaux be the best of friends or the fiercest of rivals?

Kantar Media (October 5-8) TV Ratings: Ina Kapatid Anak Pilots Strongly, Coffee Prince Debuts Otherwise

ABS-CBN's newest primetime offering Ina Kapatid Anak starring Kim Chiu, Xian Lim, Maja Salvador and Enchong Dee garnered high TV ratings on its pilot episode  with 25.8% enough to land at the 4th spot. Another premiering program, Coffee Prince (Philippine remake) starring Aljur Abrenica and Kris Bernal debuted on the 10th spot with 13.1% rating.

Meanwhile, the finale episodes of several shows on Friday, October 5 received high TV ratings. Lorenzo's Time ended with record-high 27.8%, One True Love bade goodbye with 16.9% and Faithfully said Sayonara with 18.8%.
