Glee Stars in Manila (Trinoma) this June 8 for the Coca-Cola Product Launch

Four of the newest cast members of the hit Fox musical TV series Glee will be coming to Manila over the weekend to celebrate the launch of Coca-Cola's newest product.

Glee newbies Melissa Benoist (Marley Rose), Becca Tobin (Kitty Wilde), Jacob Artist (Jake Puckerman) and Dean Geyer (Brody Weston) will be making an appearance at the TriNoma Activity Center for the larger-than-life launch that will be held simultaneously at different locations.

Reports said that mystery crates were dropped all over Metro Manila and will be unveiled at exactly 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 8 to reveal the new Coca-Cola beverage. 

Joining Melissa Benoist, Becca Tobin, Jacob Artist, and Dean Geyer in the launch are Coca-Cola brand ambassadors Enchong Dee, Julia Montes, Joseph Marco and Kathryn Bernardo.

Teaser: Jessica Sanchez as Frida Romero on Glee Season 4 Finale (All or Nothing)

After being introduced in the "Lights Out" episode of the hit Fox musical TV series Glee, Jessica Sanchez now takes the spotlight as Frida Romero, a member of Hoosierdaddies, one of the rivals of the William McKinley High School's New Directions at the show choir regionals competition.

In "Lights Out" episode aired April 26, Jessica as Frida Romero was described by Will Schuester as as diva with a voice that can fill an arena. In the Glee season 4 finale which airs May 9, Jessica Sanchez will be singing Zedd’s Clarity and Little Mix’s Wings, the studio versions of which are now available for download in iTunes.

Jessica Sanchez is Frida Romero on 'Glee' Season 4

American Idol 11 runner up Jessica Sanchez will be playing the role of Frida Romero in her two-episode arc in the hit Fox musical TV series Glee.

According to reports, Jessica's Glee role as Frida Romero will be introduced in the "Lights Out" (4x20) episode which will air on April 25. Frida is a legendary singer from a rival high school that will give the 'New Directions' a run for their money.

In Glee Wikia, Frida Romero is described as the lead vocalist of glee club Hoosierdaddies from Indianapolis, which will be up against New Directions in the show’s regionals competition. Reports said that Jessica Sanchez will be singing Clarity by DJ Zedd (feat. Foxes) for Glee’s season finale airing on May 9.

To get her fans excited, Jessica even tweeted the lyrics of the song which goes "If our love is tragedy why are you my remedy."

Contrary to early reports, Jessica will not appear on the May 2 episode (4x21) "Wonder-ful," a tribute to legendary singer Stevie Wonder. Meanwhile, below is the official music video of Clarity by DJ Zedd (ft Foxes) to give you an idea of what Jessica will be performing on Glee's season finale.

Jessica Sanchez to Hold Solo Manila Concert in February 2013

American Idol Season 11 runner-up Jessica Sanchez is slated to do a major solo concert in the Philippines February next year.

Renen De Guia of Ovation Productions told ABS-CBNnews.com that Jessica Sanchez will be staging a Valentine show on February 14, 2013 at the Araneta Coliseum. Ovation Productions is the producer of the American Idol 2012 Live Philippine Tour which brought the show's Top 10 in Manila last September for a concert including Jessica.

"Yes. It's Feb. 14 at Araneta. Opening act is Colton Dixon from last year's 'American Idol,'" said de Guia, confirming that Jessica's batchmate Colton Dixon will also be returning to the Philippines as the former's guest.

In her official Twitter account, Jessica Sanchez teased about the said concert deemed to be a big surprise for her Pinoy fans.

"I've got some exciting news to share soon for all my bluejays in the Philippines. ...Can you guess what my big news is?" she tweeted. "I love Valentine's Day," Jessica said in another tweet hinting that the concert will be a Valentine show.

The concert will be Jessica's second time to perform for the Filipino audience. She, however has been tapped to endorse products such as Jollibee, Bench and Smart where she did a music video collaboration with another Pinoy pride, Apl.de.Ap titled "Jump in."

Jessica is set to appear in the 4th season of the hit Fox TV series "Glee" in multiple arc episodes next year. Her debut album will also be released spring 2013.

Glee Does Gangnam Style (Video Teaser)

Fox's hit musical dramedy Glee will take on PSY's global phenomenon Gangnam Style in one of the episodes slated to air by the end of November.

In the video released by Glee, cast members Kevin McHale (Artie), Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina) and Darren Criss (Blaine) introduced behind-the-scenes footage of New Directions covering the viral hit Gangnam Style. Their costumes suggest that Gangnam Style  is part of their routine in a competition, perhaps Sectionals or even Regionals.

We can also see a glimpse of Sam (played by Chord Overstreet) in the video wearing shades, leading the pack of performers. Glee returns from its hiatus on November 8 at 9 PM on Fox. We just hope that Glee will dedicate one full episode for K-POP and perform hits from Super Junior, SNSD and 2NE1.

Jessica Sanchez Joins Glee, Blake Jenner or Cory Monteith as Love Interest?

It's official! American Idol Season 11 runner-up Jessica Sanchez has been confirmed to join the 4th season of the hit Fox TV series Glee. It was last June when rumors regarding Jessica Sanchez joining Glee came out and now, TV Line has broke the news that Jessica will indeed appear on Glee for a multiple episode arc.

Jessica's recurring role in Glee is not yet revealed but Glee creator Ryan Murphy hinted for the kind of episode that will fit Jessica Sanchez. "Michael Ausiello broke news of Jessica Sanchez on Glee. With voices like Jessica, Lea, Naya, Melissa, Amber, and Jenna...Streisand episode?," posted Murphy via Twitter.

There have been rumors that Jessica Sanchez will be the new love interest of Finn (Cory Monteith), Rachel's ex now that the latter was in New York. Other write-ups pointed out for a possible Jessica and Blake Jenner tandem. Blake is the winner of The Glee Project season 2.

Filipino's will have another good reason to watch Glee after Charice's appearance as Sunshine Corazon in season 2. Aside from Charice and Jessica, three others with Filipino blood had appeared on Glee. They were Kent Avenido, Tamlyn Tomita and series regular, Darren Criss.

Jessica Sanchez on Glee Season 4?

American Idol runner-up Jessica Sanchez may join Glee Season 4 according to reports. Serious talks between Glee producers and Jessica's camp is said to be on-going to land the Fil-Mexican a role in the hit US television series.

According to TV Line, Jessica Sanchez role in Glee Season 4 is not yet disclosed but plans will make Jessica join the cast midway through the season. Jessica, according to The Hollywood Reporter will have a recurring role, and will be joining "high-profile additions Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson, who have both signed on for multiple episodes."

Jessica Sanchez will have to finish first her Idol Live Tour responsibilities before she can concentrate on the Glee 4 role. Jessica will perform in Manila on September 21, the last stop of the American Idol Summer Live Tour.

FOX confirmed on Monday that Glee Season 4 will premiere on September 13, 2012.
