Palibhasa Tanghali to Replace It's Showtime?

There have been rumors that ABS-CBN's noontime show It's Showtime will be replaced soon with a new show titled Palibhasa Tanghali.  It's Showtime is said to be back on its original timeslot at 10:30 a.m.

It's Showtime has just taken the noontime slot early February 2012 and since then, it has never toppled rival Eat Bulaga. The rumor circulating on the web about a new noontime show being conceptualized by the Kapamilya network might have stemmed from It's Showtime's lackluster perfromance on the ratings game.

Palibhasa Tanghali which is said to be a new delicacy on noontime, according to rumors will be hosted by former Palibhasa Lalake casts, John Estrada, Joey Marquez and Richard Gomez. Some reports also claim that the three will be making rounds on the metro just like the outside broadcast of Eat Bulaga.

Actually, this rumor is not new already. Months before Happy Yipee Yehey was cancelled, rumors already pointed out to Palibhasa Tanghali as its replacement in noontime. Apparently, It's Showtime got the nod and the rest was history.

With It's Showtime unable to beat its invincible rival, ABS-CBN might have decided to try a new twist that will definitely rock noontime, the one that can put Eat Bulaga's trio to a test. With John, Goma and Manong Joey, plus additional sexy ladies, Kapamilya noontime might not be that bland to taste.

Actually, my hopes on It's Showtime  was very high on it's pilot episode because I believe that something new will be served but the show quite disappoints since they have never let go of the talent show there is. I feel that a variety will be a hit in noontime but It's Showtime seemed to be not that prepared to go with it. I hate to say this but in my opinion, the defunct HYY was far better a noontime show than the revamped It's Showtime.

If ever the rumor about Palibhasa Tanghali replacing It's Showtime is true, I will feel relief for It's Showtime (and I think even it's hosts will feel the same). Then for Palibhasa Tanghali, bring back the old fun in a new way!

Sam Milby is newest addition to the 8 hosts of 'Happy Yipee Yehey'

Toni Gonzaga confirmed on ASAP Rocks last Sunday, February 6 that Sam Milby will also be hosting the newest kapamilya noontime show 'Happy Yipee Yehey'. It can be recalled that the 8 hosts of the said noontime show were introduced via TV Patrol last week but Sam Milby was not included as one of the hosts and even absent in the pictorial for the show. 

Sam Milby's inclusion with the show (although as a guest host) was also confirmed by the show's director, Willy Cuevas in his twitter account. He also named some of the show's segments such as Hole-log and Kitang-kits.

'Happy Yipee Yehey' will start shaking your noontime on saturday, February 12 and will be broadcasted live from the Ynares Gym in Antipolo. Be ready as the new show will not just give a noontime viewing alternative but a show full of fun, prizes and surprises.

The new noontime show of ABS-CBN entitled 'Happy Yipee Yehey' was set to premiere on February 12 live at the Ynares Center in Antipolo. The show will be hosted by John Estrada, Randy Santiago, Mariel Rodriguez and Toni Gonzaga. New hosts will also join the latest kapamilya offering which is set to battle the noontime leader 'Eat Bulaga'. Beauty queen turned actress Bianca Manalo, PBB Double-up big winner Melai Cantiveros and Youtube sensation Jober will add new twists to your noontime viewing habit. Also included in the lists is funny man Bentong. The show created buzz when Willie Revillame announced in his show that his 2 friends, John and Randy was offered a noontime show in the Kapamilya network. It also brought about the reunion of friends Toni and Mariel who were caught in a misunderstanding and now starting again as best of friends.
