National TV Ratings (April 19): Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw Finale Beats GMA-7 Primetime Programs

The finale episode of Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw starring Kris Aquino, Robin Padilla and Anne Curtis beat primetime programs of GMA-7 except Indio.

The show ended last April 19 and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw registered 18.3% nationwide according to Kantar Media/TNS to clinch the top 6 primetime slot.

Meanwhile, Be Careful With My Heart is unmatched in daytime as Juan Dela Cruz and Ina Kapatid Anak in primetime. It's Showtime has been established as the new noontime leader beating Eat Bulaga. Kapamilya Gold programs beat Kapuso Afternoon Prime. However, GMA-7 canned animes dominated the morning slot.

National TV Ratings (April 17-18): It's Showtime is PH No. 1 Noontime Show

ABS-CBN's It's Showtime is now the country's number 1 noontime show based on the nationwide TV ratings provided by Kantar Media/TNS. It's Showtime has been consistently beating rival Eat Bulaga. On April 17, the Kapamilya program registered 15.1% versus the longest running noontime show with only 12.4%.

Meanwhile, Ina Kapatid Anak and Juan Dela Cruz are in a statistical tie for primetime supremacy. Apoy Sa Dagat followed the two top programs on Thursday, surpassing TV Patrol. Richard Gutierrez's new show Love and Lies has been getting poor rating since its premiere.

National TV Ratings (April 10-11): It's Showtime Continues to Beat Eat Bulaga

ABS-CBN noontime show It's Showtime is consistently beating rival Eat Bulaga in the past few days. The Kapamilya program 14.5% and 14.6% on April 10 and 11, respectively, two points higher than the longest noontime show.

Kapamilya Gold programs were also more watched than the Kapuso Afternoon prime shows. GMA-7 daytime was saved by canned anime for kids. Meanwhile primetime is still dominated by Juan Dela Cruz and Ina Kapatid Anak, followed by TV Patrol and Apoy Sa Dagat.

National TV Ratings (April 5-7): PGT 4 and MMK Top Weekend Viewing

Pilipinas Got Talent and Maalaala Mo Kaya topped nationwide TV ratings last weekend. MMK with its 27.1% lead Saturday while PGT Season 4 took the number 1 position on Sunday. Juan Dela Cruz  (33.8%) topped Friday, April 5 ratings followed by Ina Kapatid Anak (33.1%), TV Patrol (24.3%), Be Careful with My Heart 23.1%) and Apoy Sa Dagat (21.5%).

ASAP 18 (13.3%) outranked Party Pilipinas (8.2%) while LUV U (10.2%) is still the country's most watched youth-oriented show beating Teen Gen (6.6%). HOT TV  (4.6%) was no match to The Buzz (7.4%) on Sunday.

ABS-CBN Sweeps Top 10 Programs Nationwide in March 2013

ABS-CBN dominated nationwide TV ratings for the month of March 2013 by virtue of its weeklong top-caliber primetime offerings that continue to gain significant increases as more and more viewers watch them on both weekday and weekend nights. 

Superhero drama “Juan dela Cruz”’ is now the most watched program in the country as it registered a national TV rating of 35.7% in March, followed by “Ina Kapatid Anak” with 34%, “Maalaala Mo Kaya” with 32.3%, and “Wansapanataym” with 29.3%.

When it comes to news, the country’s longest-running Filipino newscast “TV Patrol” is still Filipinos’ top choice with a national TV rating of 26.4%, or 10 points higher than GMA’s “24 Oras” that only managed 16.3%.

Overall, 11 out of the 15 most watched programs in March were produced by ABS-CBN including “Pilipinas Got Talent” (26.2%), “Be Careful With My Heart” (25.7%), “Apoy sa Dagat” (23.8%), “Rated K” (23.1%), “Goin’ Bulilit” (20.9%), and “Kapamilya Deal or No Deal” (19.7%).
