It’s Showtime registered high TV ratings on Monday (Jan 28) when it recorded a national TV rating of 12.3% across urban and rural homes in the country, based on data from Kantar Media.
The ABS-CBN noontime show beat TV5’s new program “Wowowillie,” which only got 6.5% and suffered a three-point drop from the 9.1% TV rating of its pilot telecast last Saturday (Jan 26).
The fans of “It’s Showtime,” meanwhile, remained glued to the Kapamilya noontime show because it got a national TV rating of 12.1% last Saturday.
“It’s Showtime’s” new offerings include the celebrity edition of “Bida Kapamilya” featuring the famous celebrity families, “Kalokalike,” a search for people who can best imitate their popular showbiz idols based on appearance, behavior, and performance, and “Makina Matibay,” where a group of people competes with a machine to determine which of them does better certain mechanical tasks such as scraping coconuts and crushing ice.
Party with the beefed up “It’s Showtime” with hosts Anne, Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro, Billy Crawford, Karylle, Kuya Kim Atienza, Teddy Corpuz, Jugs Jugueta, Jhong Hilario, Ryan Bang, Coleen Garcia, at Eric ‘Eruption’ Tai, Mondays through Fridays at 12:30 PM and on Saturdays at 12NN on ABS-CBN.
