Kantar Media (November 24-25) TV Ratings: GMA-7's Saturday Line Up No Match to ABS-CBN

ABS-CBN clinched the Top 5 programs last Saturday, November 25. Topping the list is Wansapanataym  followed by MMK, Kapamilya Deal Or No Deal, Zoren-Carmina Wedding Special and TV Patrol Weekend.

Meanwhile, Miss Earth 2012 airing last Sunday became the no. 1 daytime program, beating Pacquiao-Marquez 2. Goin' Bulilit is now the most-watched primetime program on Sundays.

Miss Czech Republic Wins Miss Earth 2012, Philippines' Stephany Stefanowitz is 1st Runner up

The Miss Earth 2012 Pageant was held on November 24 in Manila, Philippines and Miss Czech Republic was crowned Miss Earth at the end of the event. Olga Alava of Ecuador crowned her successor in a glittering outdoor ceremony held at the Versailles Palace in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Miss Czech Republic Tereza Fajksová bested 79 lovely ladies from different parts of the globe in the 12th edition of the Miss Earth pageant to get the night's most coveted crown and be hailed as an ambassador to environmental protection campaigns worldwide.

The winners were decided by the panel of judges composed of Harry Morris, Lawrence Peña, Allen Roxas, Mayenne Carmona, Bobby Ray Parks, Joseph Foltz, Eddy Tan, Nancy Yeoh and Palawan Mayor Edward Hagedorn, who served as chairman of the board.

Miss Earth 2012 Kicks-Off in Manila, Schedule of Activities Laid

The 12th MISS EARTH Pageant (2012) will be held in Manila, Philippines and more than 80 of the earth's most beautiful women started to arrive in the country not only to vie for the crown but also to be the next environmental beauty who will serve as an ambassadress and protector of the Earth's natural resources.

This year, Miss Earth is one with the world in celebration of The International Year of Sustainable Energy. The coronation will be on November 24, 8:00 PM at the Versailles Palace in Alabang to be telecast live on Starworld and shown on November 25, 10:00 AM on ABS CBN, The Filipino Channel and also on channels of participating counties worldwide.

Miss Philippines-Earth 2012 Official List of Candidates

Miss Philippines-Earth 2012 which is now on its 12th year will have the grand coronation night on May 27, 2012. Athena Mae Imperial, 2011 Miss Earth-Water and Miss Philippines-Earth 2011 will crown her successor to represent the country to the Miss Earth pageant.
