Slater Young is PBB Unlimited Big Winner!

Posted on March 31, 2012 | 11:41 PM

Slater Young is hailed as the Pinoy Big Brother Unlimited Big Winner at the PBB Big Night held at the Qurino Grandstand tonight, March 31. The 'Hotshot Engineer of Cebu' garnered the most number of votes from an overnight 'one vote per sim' voting scheme which started last night.

Pamu Pamorada is the 2nd Big Placer followed by Joseph Biggel and Paco Evangelista  in 3rd and 4th place, respectively.

Slater made history as the very first male Big Winner in a PBB regular season. All three regular seasons had female Big Winners - Nene Tamayo (Season1), Beatriz Saw (Season 2) and Melai Cantiveros (Season 3-Double Up).

Slater took home 2 million pesos cash, an appliance showcase, Sony internet TV, an Asian Tour Package for 2 and Crystal Clear business franchise. Pamu, Biggel and Paco won P1 million, P500 000 and P300 000, respectively plus appliance showcase from Whirlpool and Fujidenzo.

Here is the final percentage of votes obtained by the PBB Big 4:

Big Winner - Slater Young (40.02%)
2nd Big Placer - Pamu Pamorada (21.49%)
3rd Big Placer - Joseph Biggel (21.39%)
4th Big Placer - Paco Evangelista (17.10%)

After this successful Big Night at the Grandstand, PBB fever continues as the PBB house open its doors again for teens on Easter Sunday, April 8 for the PBB Teen Edition 4 'The Fun-Tastic Kick Off.'

Hosts Toni Gonzaga, Bianca Gonzalez and Robi Domingo will now be joined by  the Dancefloor Dynamite, John Prats for this ultimate teen summer experience.

Tomorrow, catch the PBB Unlimited Big 4 for a grand party on ASAP 2012 with our new BIG WINNER, Slater.

PBB Teen Edition 4 Kicks-off This April 8

Posted on March 30, 2012 | 1:41 PM

Unlimited indeed!

After five months of unlimited twists and excitement, we are now down to our PBB BIG 4 and tomorrow night, March 31, Pamu, Slater, Biggel and Paco will all be heading at the Quirino Grandstand for the Pinoy Big Brother Unlimited "Big Night at the Grandstand” where one of them will be proclaimed as this season's BIG WINNER.

Melai Cantiveros, XB Gensan, El Gamma Penumbra, Bugoy CariƱo, and other Kapamilya stars will perform at the Big Night.

One week after the proclamation of PBB Unlimited's Big Winner, we will all welcome a new season and a new set of  teen housemates for the kick-off party of PBB Teen Edition 4 which will happen on April 8 (Easter Sunday).

Hosts Toni Gonzaga, Bianca Gonzalez, and Robi Domingo will now be joined by John Pratts for this ultimate teen summer experience.

This will mark PBB's first ever back-to-back season. I wonder how many staff the said reality program has in order to bring to Pinoy fans unlimited experience day and night and an immediate transition from a regular season to a teen edition.

Kudos to team PBB!

PBB Unlimited BIG 4 Announced!

Posted on March 28, 2012 | 11:02 PM

Pinoy Big Brother Unlimited has finally uncovered this edition's BIG 4 three days before the Big Night at the Grandstand. This was after an overnight one vote per sim voting.

The PBB Unlimited Big 4

  • Pamu Pamorada - 12.51%
  • Paco Evangelista - 16.91%
  • Joseph Emil Biggel - 15.56%
  • Jan Slater Young - 49.51%
The last evictee of the season happened to be Divine Maitland-Smith who got the lowest percentage of fan votes with only 5.51%.

It can be noted that Slater moved from the last voting tally 4 notches to get to the top. Biggel eventually fell to 3rd place while Paco moved up to 2nd place. Pamu remained in the 4th spot, enough to topple Divine which  dropped to 5th place. This big change in the percentage of votes tally is the effect of one vote per sim overnight voting.

Now that we already have our PBB BIG 4, it's time to choose our BIG WINNER. Voting will be reset and the Big 4's votes will be back to zero. The start of voting for the Big winner will be announced in later episodes (perhaps tomorrow) so watch out for more updates on PBB Unlimited.

Watch the PBB Unlimited Big Night live this Saturday, March 31 at the Quirino Grandstand. Admission is free so better get there early to have the most convenient place. Don't forget to bring your umbrellas.

Paco 'came out' to Tin, Discovered by Slater

Posted on March 20, 2012 | 6:17 PM

After successfully uncovering wildcard housemate Paco’s supposed homosexuality, a made-up lie he confessed to Tin, Big Brother challenged Slater to turn the tables on Paco and test his patience, a task successfully carried out by Paco as a house player.

Former evictee Paco, who was reconfirmed as an official housemate last weekend in “Pinoy Big Brother Unlimited,” had earlier ‘came out’ to Tin as a part of his house player duty. This week, will Slater prove to be as daring as Paco and be able to infuriate him?

Eleven days before the much-anticipated Big Night, Biggel, Divine, Paco, Pamu, Slater, and Tin have been tasked by Big Brother to complete a nonstop entertainment challenge where they have to come up with unlimited performances in 48 hours. The next evictee of the season will also be revealed this Saturday (Mar 24) in the program’s 14th eviction night.

Meanwhile, the Chicago native Carlo was evicted last Saturday (Mar 17) after garnering the lowest percentage of votes (18.54%) against Divine (21.01%), Slater (26.79%), and Biggel (33.67%). Carlo, meanwhile, expressed that he wants either Pamu or Carlo to become the Big Winner because of all the troubles they have so far endured in life.

Admission is free to people who want to watch the “PBB Unlimited: Big Night at the Grandstand” at the Quirino Grandstand in Maynila live next Saturday (Mar 31).

Don’t miss the exciting developments in the season’s last two weeks in “Pinoy Big Brother UnliDay” with Bianca Gonzalez weekdays after “Angelito: Batang Ama” in Kapamilya Gold and in “Pinoy Big Brother UnliNight” with Toni Gonzaga weeknights after “Dahil sa Pag-ibig” in Primetime Bida. Also stay tuned to “PBB Unlimited Updates” with Robi Domingo during “Angelito: Batang Ama” and “E-Boy” on ABS-CBN.
