Epey Herher Wins That's My Tomboy of It's Showtime

The That's My Tomboy grand finals of It's Showtime happened Saturday (February 1) and Epey Herher was named its first grand winner. Epey, whose real name is April Mariz hails from Mindoro.

Epey Herher bested 39 other grand finalists of That's My Tomboy, It's Showtime's trending segment for lesbians. Epey impressed the judges and the madlang pipol alike with her speech, thus making her the winner. She took home P300,000.

"Para po sa akin, ang kahulugan ng tagumpay ay ang makapagpasaya ka ng mga tao lalong lalo na ang pinakamahalagang tao sa buhay mo. 'Yung pangarap sa iyo ng ibang tao, nagkakaroon ng katuparan, 'yun ang tunay na kahulugan para sa akin ng tagumpay. Hindi para sa sarili ko dahil katulad nga po ng sinabi ni Blessed Arnold Janssen: to God, the glory; to my neighbors, the benefit; to myself, the burden," she said.

It can be recalled that Epey's speech on Tuesday was praised by Jhong Hilario, making the judge remember his friendship with Vhong Navarro, who is now recuperating after being mauled by a group of men in a Taguig condo. The first and second runners up received P200,000 and P100,000, respectively while the two remaining top 5 finalists each took home P50,000.

That's My Tomboy Grand Finals Winner Named on It's Showtime (February 1)

Thirty-nine handsome tomboys are set to impress the madlang pipol in the much-awaited That's My Tomboy grand finals of It's Showtime this Saturday (February 1).

From January 27 to 31, the 39 grand finalists of That's My Tomboy were introduced and each delivered a speech. It's Showtime also showed the journey of the grand finalists—their struggles and triumphs.

This Saturday, the 39 That's My Tomboy grand finalists will return for the finale. Among them, only 10 will advance to the next round wherein they will showcase their talents and wit. Special awards will also be given.

The That's My Tomboy grand finals winner will take home P300,000. Runners up will also bring home cash prizes. Here are the 39 grand finalist of That's My Tomboy.
