Why Can't Diego Loyzaga Court Julia Barretto?

Kapamilya teen stars Julia Barretto and Diego Loyzaga are in a battle against all odds this Saturday (July 20) as the budding friendship of their characters in “Wansapanataym Presents Petrang Paminta” goes through a lot of challenges in the continuation of the TV series, which also topbills Kapamilya child wonders Zaijian Jaranilla and Xyriel Manabat. 

After confessing his real feelings to Petra (Julia), Sancho (Diego) is forced by his father to court Marikit (Kiray Celis) instead so they can finally acquire the pepper farm that they’ve wanted to have for a long time. Meanwhile, because of jealousy, Marikit decides to embarrass Petra in front of a lot of people during Sancho’s birthday. 

How will Sancho prove his feelings for Petra despite everyone’s disapproval? How will Sancho help the sisters Petra and Aya (Xyriel) to fight for their right in their family’s properties that were stolen by their wicked aunt? 

Also featured in the “Wansapanataym Presents Petrang Paminta” are Ruby Rubi, Epy Quizon, Jayson Gainza, Tess Antonio, Alora Sasam, and Eric Nicolas. Based from the novel of Pablo Gomez, “Wansapanataym Presents Petrang Paminta” is written by Joel Mercado, and directed by box-office director Wenn V. Deramas.

Julia Barretto Stars with Zaijian Jaranilla and Xyriel Manabat in 'Petrang Paminta'

Kapamilya child wonders Zaijian Jaranilla and Xyriel Manabat together with one of today’s most promising stars Julia Barretto will share important life values beginning this Saturday (June 29) via “Wansapanataym Presents Petrang Paminta.” 

Based from the novel of Pablo Gomez titled “Petrang Paminta,” “Wansapanataym Presents Petrang Paminta” will be directed by box-office director Wenn V. Deramas. 

The “Wansapantaym” special will feature the story of sisters Petra (Julia) and Aya (Xyriel) who are working in the pepper farm owned by their cruel aunt. A dwarf named Pampam (Zaijian) begins to help the sisters secretly because of pity and his special admiration for Petra. How will the lives of the sisters change because of the magical peppers they cultivate? 

Also joining Julia, Xyriel, and Zaijian in the “Wansapanataym” special are Diego Loyzaga, Ruby Rubi, Kiray Celis, Atak Aranas, Maricar de Mesa, Epi Quizon, Jayson Gainza, Tess Antonio, Joey Paras, and Alora Sasam.

Boots Anson-Roa and Dimples Romana in MMK this February 23

MMK gives TV viewers another heavy family drama episode this Saturday (February 23), which will be starred by premiere veteran actress Boots Anson-Roa. In the story, Boots will play the role of Tesa, a lady who was raped by her elder brother but chose to hide the truth for the sake of her family.

Joining Boots in the upcoming “MMK” episode are Assunta De Rossi, Dimples Romana, Sofia Andres, Allan Paule, Lito Pimentel, Carl John Barrameda, Lander Vera Perez, Laisa Comia, Jillian Aguila, Eda Nolan, and Tess Antonio. Vina Morales Portrays A Nun in MMK This February 25

Singer-actress Vina Morales portrays the character of a nun in “Maalaala Mo Kaya” this Saturday (February 25).

She gives life to the role of Jane, a teacher who stood up to her faith and became a nun despite of her family’s disapproval. But Jane eventually left the convent to marry the man she unexpectedly fell in love with. 

Unfortunately, Jane’s faith will be tested with her husband’s infidelity.

Together with Vina in the “MMK” episode are Mark Gil, Gina Pareño, Boots Anson-Roa, Mikylla Ramirez, Sharlene San Pedro, Menggie Cobarubbias, Tess Antonio, Eda Nollan, Almira Muhlach, Khaycee Aboloc, Patrick Sugui, and Johan Santos.
