Paulo Avelino 'Your Love' Lyrics and Music Video

Universal Records has released the music video of Paulo Avelino's second single Your Love from his self-titled debut album. The album, with the carrier single When She Cries was released last October and contains six tracks.

Your Love was originally done by Pinoy rock band Alamid and won Song of the Year at the NU107 Rock Awards way back in 1995.

The music video of Paulo Avelino's version of the song features the Walang Hanggan star in several shirtless scenes, including a shower scene. Watch the music video of Paulo Avelino's Your Love (lyrics below)

Ogie Alcasid Launches 25th Anniversary Album 'The Songwriter and The Hitmakers'

In celebration of his 25 years into the business, singer-actor and songwriter Ogie Alcasid has released his most ambitious project, an 18-track album titled "The Songwriter And The Hitmakers."

The album gathers all the biggest singing and recording artists in the country to breathe life to Ogie’s compositions, including both his biggest hits and new songs. Gary Valenciano, Regine Velasquez, Martin Nievera, Piolo Pascual, Christian Bautista, Sarah Geronimo, Arnel Pineda, Angeline Quinto, Noel Cabangon, Richard Poon, Jed Madela, Kuh Ledesma, Rachelle Ann Go, Kyla, Jay-R and Jaya are part of the album.

Ogie Alcasid said his guests artists in the CD are really close to his heart.

"Lahat kasi 'yan kaibigan ko and at the same time gusto din sila ng Universal Records. Malaking bagay din na parte sila ng Universal Records. Kaya ako I'm really happy na I became part of the album kasi 'yung soul ng album ay nandoon sa pag-interpret nila," Alcasid said.

“Gathering all these friends in one project gives me pure joy, and I would like to thank all of them for being a part of this milestone project,” adds Ogie. “I hope everyone will enjoy this 25th anniversary offering.”

The CD features 18 tracks including "Sino Ako (Regine Velasquez)," "Kailangan Kita (Gary Valenciano)," "Pangako (Martin Nievera)," "Walang Iba (Kuh Ledesma)," "Tanging Ikaw Lamang (Sarah Geronimo)," "Ikaw Lamang (Christian Bautista)," "Kailangan Lo'y Ikaw" (Arnel Pineda), "Pangarap Ko Ang Ibigin Ka (Angeline Quinto)" and Ogie's duet with wife Regine, "Tayong Dalawa."

Emman Vera 'Manong Guard' ft. Yeng Constantino Music Video

Emmanuelle Vera has just released the music video for her new single Manong Guard featuring Yeng Constantino. The song is part of her self-titled album under Universal Records.

'Emmanuelle' contains 7 tracks with the carrier single Happy which she herself wrote when she was 14 years old (watch the Happy music video here featuring Ivan Dorschner).

Meanwhile, Manong Guard music video features PBB Teen Edition's Kit Thompson. It is directed by DJ Lamar, Micah Lamar and Yeng Constantino. Aside from Emman, Kit and Yeng, the video also stars Ben Isaac and Danielle Camcam.

Christian Bautista X Plus: The 10th Anniversary Album

Ten years has passed since Christian Bautista was introduced to showbiz, but he remains to be one of the most sought-after balladeer of his generation here and abroad.

Universal Records joins Christian as he celebrates his first decade with the release of X Plus, a collection of songs which celebrate his 10th year.

X Plus includes Christian’s rendition of three of the biggest theme songs from top rating teleserye – Gaano Kadalas Ang Minsan (from Walang Hanggan), Nag-iisang Bituin (from Princess and I), and Nag-iisang Ikaw (from Precious Hearts Romances presents Pintada).

X Plus also gives a glimpse of what’s next for the balladeer by the inclusion of the remix version of Unphotographable, used during the Philippine Fashion Week. The sweeping ballad What Can I Do is also part of the compilation.

Christian was recently awarded with the Male Pop Recording Artist of the Year by the Star Awards for Music for his album Outbound, adjudged Pop Album of the Year (see complete list of winners here).

The album also includes his version of the hit Love Moves In Mysterious Ways, Beautiful Girl and new recordings of previous hits The Way You Look At Me and Hands To Heaven (featuring Zia Quizon).

Paulo Avelino Releases Debut Single 'When She Cries'

Award-winning actor Paulo Avelino has a lot to be thankful for – acting recognitions, a phenomenal TV series, slew of endorsements. However, for Paulo, he considers his throngs of fans his biggest blessing.

As a means of thanking those people who selflessly loves him, Paulo has just released his first single – his own rendition of the hit When She Cries, which was one of the biggest hits of the 90’s.

“This is a gift to all my fans,” says Paulo. “I want to give all of you (my fans) this song.”

He singles out the line “I pray this time, I can be the man that she deserves” as his promise to his fans that he hopes that he is deserving of all their love and support.

Paulo admits that he never dreamt of being a recording artist, but he is thankful to Universal Records for entrusting to him this project.
