IU and Eunhyuk of Super Junior Dating? Viral Photo Surfaces Online

Rumors about KPOP princess IU and Super Junior's Eunhyuk dating surfaced recently as a photo of IU and Eunhyuk together was posted accidentally on the former's twitter account. The said photo of IU and Eunhyuk was taken down within 2 minutes but netizens had saved a copy of the photo and now going viral online. 

The said photo shows a shirtless Eunhyuk and a part of IU’s face. The Dream High star is in her pajama and the most shocking part is that the two seem to be lying on a bed. The photo sparked speculations that the two Korean stars were actually dating.

In an official statement released by IU's management company Loen Entertainment, it was cleared that the said photo was taken this summer when IU's very ill and Super Junior Eunhyuk visited him at her home. The photo, according to the management company was taken on a sofa and not on a bed. They also said that IU and Eunhyuk had been very close.

Hello. This is Loen Entertainment. This is an official statement regarding the picture that was revealed early this morning through IU’s Twitter. First, we bow our heads and sincerely apologize for causing concern to all the representatives and all the fans of IU and Super Junior. The revealed photo was from this summer when IU was very sick and Eunhyuk had come to visit her at her home, and was taken then when they sat on the sofa together; it was revealed to the outside due to IU’s mistake through her related photo uploading service while IU was making a mention on Twitter. IU is sincerely sorry for bringing harm to her sunbae Eunhyuk due to her error. Lastly, IU and Eunhyuk are close sunbae-hoobae who have been close since IU’s debut, Eunhyuk is close to the point that he has even dined with IU’s mother. We ask that you do not exaggerate or make assumptions about IU and Eunhyuk’s relationship due to this incident. We will return to greet you as a more matured agency after having learned from this incident. We apologize once again. We are sorry. Loen Entertainment

Justin Bieber on Top, IU on Billboard's '21 Under 21' 2012 List of Hottest Music Minors

Billboard.com has unveiled its 2012 ranking of  music's most powerful minors and Canadian pop superstar Justin Bieber topped the list for the second time beating today's hottest boy group, One Direction which settled in second place.

Billboard's 21 Under 21: Music's Hottest Minors listed this year's music royalties with "hit records, millions of fans, and the kind of success most musicians only dream of yet still cannot uncork a battle of champagne to celebrate their success."

Other notable music icons in the list are The X Factor USA judge Demi Lovato (#3), 2011 American Idol Scotty McCreery (#4), rapper Mac Miller (#5) and Justin Bieber's girlfriend Selena Gomez  (#6). 

Meanwhile, K-POP Princess IU made it to this year's list. IU, who played Kim Pil Suk in the hit Korean series Dream High landed at #15. Billboard described IU as "the nation’s little sister" whose "unique charm and undeniable hits have made her into a bona fide superstar."

Dream High Premieres on ABS-CBN Primetime Bida this April 16

Korean pop stars from various singing groups come together for the very first time to portray the story of six aspiring young talents in their quest for stardom in “Dream High” premiering this Monday (Apr 16) in ABS-CBN Primetime Bida.

Dubbed as the most successful Korean drama of 2011, “Dream High” stars Suzy of Miss A as Kelly, Taecyeon and Wooyoung of 2 PM as Gino and Jason, Ham Eun Jung of T-ara as Angelie, IU as Gelou, and actor Kim Soo Hyun as Marco, who was skyrocketed to fame after this series.

Follow these teenagers who believe no boundaries as long as they can and do whatever it takes to reach for their dream. The dream all begins in Kirin Art School, a popular institution that produces Korea’s biggest superstars.

All of them have different reasons why they auditioned at Kirin and why they wanted fame so badly. For Kelly, this is a way to pay her debts. Little did she know that music lover Marco from the province goes to school just for her after falling in love with her at first sight.

Street dancer Gino, on the other hand, wants to prove his worth to his aspiring politician dad who wants to hide him from the public because he is his lovechild. Angelie, however, has a darker motive as she wants to be the best in Kirin and take revenge on Kelly who embarrassed her during an audition.

Just like Marco, Gelou is also pursuing the dream for her biggest crush Jason, who happens to be Kirin’s best dancer. Gelou would go as far as losing weight just so as she finally be noticed by the boy she fancies.

But like any other stars, they need mentors to groom them to becoming the stars they want to be so teacher Kang and teacher Shih will be there to guide them through.

Will they make it big? How far can they go to reach for their dreams?

'Dream High' To Premiere This Summer on ABS-CBN

Another hit Korean Drama, Dream High will set foot on the First and True Home of Asianovelas, ABS-CBN this summer. With a tagline "Many are talented but only few believe to achieve their dreams," Dream High will surely inspire students and KPOP fanatics this vacation.

Dream High stars 2PM's Taecyeon (Gino) and Wooyoung (Jason), T-ARA's Ham Eun Jung (Angelie), IU (Gelou), miss A's Suzy (Kelly) and Kim Soo Hyun (Marco).

Here is the plot of Dream High (Drama Wiki):

Dream High tells the story of six students at Kirin Art High School who work to achieve their dreams of becoming music stars in the Korean music industry. Kelly Go is a student who had majored in classical music but has to give up her dream by entering Kirin Art High School to pay off her father's debt. However, she needs to get two other students to also come to the school in order for her to enroll in the school conditionally. These two students are Marco Song, who lives in the countryside, and Gino Jin, whom she accidentally meets while trying to escape from a loan shark. Angelie Yoon, formerly Kelly's sidekick, becomes her rival in school because Kelly betrays her during an audition to enter the school.

Dream High airs in Korea last January 2011 while its sequel has just finished airing this March 2012. In the Philippines, Dream High will premiere this April 16 on ABS-CBN primetime Bida replacing City Hunter which is now on its last 2 weeks.
