Your American Idol Season 11 Top 5 - Jessica Sanchez, Joshua Ledet, Phillip Phillips, Skylar Laine and Hollie Cavanagh will return to the IDOL stage to sing for America’s votes on a British music-themed performance show.

On the live results show the following night, May 3, American Idol alumna and Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum artist Carrie Underwood will perform. What's more exciting is that Grammy Award-winning, chart-topping act, the world-famous alternative rock band Coldplay, will also perform on Idol for the results show.
In Coldplay's first time on American Idol stage, the British band will perform 2 songs from their latest album Mylo Xyloto.

With only four performance shows left in the season, American Idol 2012 gets more exciting as finale draws near. Come May 23, another contestant will be crowned as the newest American Idol.
