Kantar Media (November 19) TV Ratings: Two Wives Beats Cielo De Angelina, Ina Kapatid Anak Tops Primetime

Koreanovela Two Wives knocked out rival Kapuso program Cielo De Angelina starring Bea Binene and Jhake Vargas on Monday, November 19 (13.0% vs 5.4%). Masterchef Pinoy Edition also trounced Nay-1-1 (17.0% vs 4.3%).

Primetime viewing was led by Ina Kapatid Anak  followed by Princess and I. After being beaten by Kim Chiu and Bea Alonzo's shows, Marian Rivera's Temptation of Wife is now winning its timeslot with a new rival, Iza Calzado's Kahit Puso'y Masugatan (13.3% vs 12.1%).

Kantar Media (August 31) TV Ratings: Princess and I Overtakes Walang Hanggan

Royal teleserye Princess and I grabbed the lead from Walang Hanggan  last August 31 according to the TV ratings data provided by Kantar Media/TNS.

Princess and I  got a TV rating o 37.4%, enough to snatch the first place from the phenomenal Walang Hanggan which only got 36.6%. The Kathryn Bernardo starrer is now on the verge of climax as the revelation of Mikay's true identity as the Yangdon lost princess draws near.

Meanwhile, Be Careful With My Heart and Two Wives are still the country's most-watched daytime series.

Dramatic Twists in 'Two Wives' Hook TV Viewers

The dramatic twists and turns in ABS-CBN’s morning Korean drama series “Two Wives” has hooked more Filipinos nationwide as the lead character Victor awakened from a coma looking for the wife he divorced and forgetting the new woman in his life.  

Its TV viewership went as high as 18.8% nationwide among urban and rural homes last Tuesday (Aug 21) and ranked 8th among the top ten most watched programs based on data from Kantar Media. 

It had more viewers than GMA’s “Eat Bulaga” on the said date rating at 15.3% as well its rival program that only rated 8.1%. “Two Wives” has been consistently beating rival shows for the past weeks. 

Desperate to get Victor’s love back, Janine connives with Albert and convinces him to do everything to make Yvonne fall in love with him. Will they succeed in their plan to set Yvonne and Victor apart?

ABS-CBN weekday morning is a consistent winner with Be Careful With My Heart on the top spot followed by hit Korean drama Two Wives according to the data provided by Kantar Media/TNS for the period of August 16 to 17, 2012.

Eat Bulaga is still the most-watched noontime show while Kung Ako'y Iiwan Mo banners Kapamilya Gold.  AFternoon prime show Faithfully is also rating well, winning over the re-run of City Hunter.

Meanwhile, ABS-CBN Primetime Bida remains to be Filipinos' primetime.

The said episode featured the controversial bloody fight between Daniel (Coco Martin) and Nathan (Paulo Avelino) wherein the psychotic Nathan stabbed himself to convince everyone that Daniel did it to him after the heated fistfight.

Liezel Garcia Releases Debut Album

Lee Min Ho's 'City Hunter' Returns this July 9 with K-Drama 'Two Wives'

The toughest battle between two women who fell in love with the same man begins this Monday (July 9) as ABS-CBN premieres the tension-filled Korean drama “Two Wives.”

Follow the story of Yvonne and Janine, two very different but equally competitive women who will fight for the man they truly love— Victor. Yvonne, the first wife, believes that her family is complete while Janine, the second wife, is searching for a complete family.

When the secret about his infidelity has been finally revealed, Victor is forced to choose between Yvonne and Janine and he chooses the latter. Yvonne, despite being deeply hurt, consents to this and decides to set Victor free so that she can start her life anew with her child.

But fate picks on them once more as Victor meets an accident that causes him to suffer from amnesia. The astounding twist to the story is that Victor will only remember his life and marriage with Yvonne and not a single trace of Janine. How will Janine face this change? Will this provoke Yvonne to take Victor back into her life? How far will these two wives go in the name of love?
