12th Gawad Tanglaw 2013 Winners: ABS-CBN TV Station of the Year; Coco, Gerald and Judy Ann Best Actors and Actress

ABS-CBN wins big at the 12th Gawad Tanglaw 2013 Awards held Friday night. The Kapamilya network was also hailed TV Station of the Year.

Coco Martin and Judy Ann Santos won Best Performance by an Actor and Actress, respectively for their roles in their series Juan Dela Cruz and Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala, which also bagged the Best TV Series award.

Meanwhile, Gerald Anderson won Best Single Performance by an Actor for his portrayal in an episode (Bituin) of Asia's longest drama anthology Maalaala Mo Kaya.

ABS-CBN's newest sitcom Home Sweetie Home featuring the tandem of John Lloyd Cruz and Toni Gonzaga premieres at number 1 nationwide according to the TV ratings data provided by Kantar Media. The show beats Pepito Manaloto last January 5, making it the top program on Sunday.

National TV Ratings (August 11-12): FIBA Asia Championship Finals Hurts The Voice PH

The 2013 FIBA Asia championship game between Gilas Pilipinas and Iran on August 11 drew viewers nationwide and affected the high ratings enjoyed by The Voice of the Philippines which usually tops Sunday primetime. 

The Voice PH lost the top slot to Pepito Manaloto, after getting its lowest so far of 20.8% TV ratings on Sunday. The singing-reality show captured the 4th slot following Goin' Bulilit and Rated K in 2nd and 3rd place, respectively.

Meanwhile, Be Careful with My Heart and Juan Dela Cruz were still unbeatable during daytime and primetime. National TV Ratings (July 21-22): ABS-CBN SONA 2013 Coverage Most-Watched; Annaliza Hits 22.1%

ABS-CBN's SONA 2013 special (Sa Gitna ng Daang Matuwid) is most-watched SONA coverage in the country with 14.8% rating, beating rival GMA-7's special coverage which got only 9.4%. 

ABS-CBN's early primetime program Annaliza registered its highest rating to date of 22.1% despite the premiere of newest rival from GMA-7, Binoy Henyo starring Starstruck alumna Sheena Halili and a new child star.

Meanwhile, Rated K registered its highest rating in recent memory on Sunday (July 21) with 27.5%, statistically tied with perennial Sunday top program The Voice of the Philippines with 27.8% nationwide. The said Rated K episode talked about secrets.

National TV Ratings (May 25-26): ASAP 18 Totally Eclipses Party Pilipinas

ABS-CBN's ASAP 18 has proven once more why it is the undisputed Sunday musical variety show in the land when it totally kicked its rival out in the Top 20 programs nationwide. Party Pilipinas had its replay last Sunday after getting the axe and while GMA-7 is cooking for a replacement.

Meanwhile, MMK and Rated K ruled Saturday and Sunday viewing, respectively. Andi Eigenmann and Desiree del Valle's heartwarming episode got 32.2% while Korina's show garnered 25.1% nationwide.

National TV Ratings (March 23-24): Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho Beats Rated K

Maalaala Mo Kaya starring Jericho Rosales portraying the late Secretary Jesse Robredo was the most watched show last weekend followed by Pilipinas Got Talent which ruled Sunday primetime.

Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho beat Rated K once more since the two magazine programs were placed on the same timeslot. Gandang Gabi Vice which aired the first part of Vice Ganda's birthday special also hit big time.

National TV Ratings (February 9-10): Magpakailanman Beats MMK

Magpakailanman beats longest running drama anthology Maalaala Mo Kaya since the return of the former. The Mel Chiangco-hosted show got 25.1% TV rating nationwide on Saturday (February 9) compared to MMK's 23.5%.

Meanwhile, Wansapanataym and Rated K topped Saturday and Sunday viewing, respectively. The grand finale (live cook-off) of Masterchef Pinoy Edition is also most watched on daytime with 19.2% while the finale episode of Sarah G Live ! on Sunday made it to the top 5 primetime programs.

National TV Ratings (February 2-3): MMK Faces Serious Competition in Magpakailanman

Asia's longest drama anthology Maalaala Mo Kaya came in very close with rival Magpakailanman in national TV ratings last Saturday, February 2. MMK got 27.5% rating, with only 4.5% advantage to the returning Kapuso drama anthology.

Meanwhile, Wansapanataym and Rated K topped nationwide viewing last weekend. ASAP 18th anniversary celebration was also a hit among viewers beating its rival Party Pilipinas.

Kantar Media (January 26-27) TV Ratings: Wowowillie Pilot Loses to Eat Bulaga, It's Showtime

Wowowillie pilot episode last Saturday, January 26 failed to topple longest-running noontime show Eat Bulaga and It's Showtime nationwide. Willie Revillame's noontime comeback registered only 9.1% TV ratings according to Kantar Media/TNS.

Meanwhile, Wansapanataym and Rated K were the most watched programs last Saturday and Sunday, repectively. ASAP 2013 in Iloilo Dinagyang also registered a high 14.4% compared to Party Pilipinas' 9.3%.
