ABS-CBN’s newest primetime Korean drama “Missing You” debuted strongly on its premiere telecast last Monday (Apr 22) with a national TV rating of 14.4% beating GMA 7’s “The Greatest Love” with 9.4%, based on data from Kantar Media.
The Koreanovela, topbilled by two of Asia’s most popular artists Park Yoo-Chun and Yoon Eun-Hye, successfully sustained the high rating delivered by the recently concluded soap “Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw” in its late primetime slot. It was also among the top trending topics in the country in popular micro-blogging site Twitter.
“Missing You” is compelling story about a man longing to be reunited with his one true love and his undying faith that one day, she will return to him. Julius Han (Yoochun) and Joy Lee (Eun-Hye) are young lovers separated by a tragedy and will meet 14 years later, still haunted by the ghosts of the past. Julius would become a homicide detective while Joy, returns to Korea as an accomplished fashion designer named Zoe.
As the two cross paths once more, feelings in the past will be awakened. Julius can feel it in his heart that Zoe is the woman he loved way back, but Joy intentionally keeps the truth from him to seek revenge.

Missing You is the story of high school sweethearts Julius Han and Joy Lee who were separated in a horrifying tragedy that continues to weigh down on them as adults. Now a guilt-ridden detective, Julius has been desperately searching for Joy for years, but when he crosses paths with her again, she has already become someone else with her new identity as Zoe.
Missing You ran from November 2012 to January 2013 in Korea's MBC and is slated for airing in the Philippines via ABS-CBN on April 22 replacing Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw.

When Crown Prince
Lee Gak is transported 300 years into the future to present day Seoul along
with his three retainers, they believe that it is their duty to solve the
murder case of the Crown Princess in order to return to Joseon.
They land in the
rooftop apartment of Park Ha, a cheerful woman in her mid-20s, who eventually
believes the odd quartet's predicament and becomes their guardian.
As Park Ha
educates the four on life in the 21st century, Lee Gak comes across Hong Se
Na, who seems to be the reincarnation of his wife.
Taking on the
identity of Yong Tae Yong, Lee Gak slowly begins to unravel the murder of
Yong Tae Yong and in turn moves closer to solving the murder case of the

Beginning this Monday (October 29), a scandalous romantic comedy is coming your way as ABS-CBN finally airs the most-watched Korean drama of 2010, “Secret Love: Sungkyunkwan Scandal” in its Kapamilya Gold afternoon block.
The hit series is topbilled by Korean sweetheart popularly known to many Filipinos as Kim Na Na of “City Hunter,” Park Min Young, and Korea’s hottest and most sought-after actor today, Park Yoo Chun.
Kapamilya actor Rap Fernandez also tries out dubbing for the first time as he is the voice behind the character of Goo Yong Ha.
Set in a period where society does not allow females to be educated nor employed, Kim Yoon-hee (Min-young) disguises herself as her brother, Kim Yoon-shik, in order to alleviate her family from poverty. She goes through a series of odd jobs before she takes on the illegal act of becoming a substitute test-taker for the upcoming entrance examination in the prestigious Sungkyunkwan University.
Unfortunately, she got caught by the smart and upright Lee Sun-joon (Yoo chun) who was also an aspiring student of Sungkyunkwan. But instead of taking her to the authorities, Sun-joon acknowledged Yoon-hee’s talents and encouraged her to enroll in the university.
