The Philippine Association of Record Industry (PARI) has released the nominees for the 26th Awit Awards 2013. With the aim of recognizing Filipinos' undying passion for music, Awit Awards honors performing artists and people behind the making of Filipino recorded music.
Sarah Geronimo, Gary Valenciano, Noel Cabangon, Julie Anne San Jose, Gloc-9, Juris, Rico Blanco and Angeline Quinto are among those who received multiple nominations. Meanwhile, new recording artists Khalil Ramos and Daniel Padilla and talent search products Liezel Garcia, KZ Tandingan, AKA Jam, and Kedebon Colim are also nominated.
