Jericho Rosales Drops Hint About New Girlfriend

Jericho Rosales revealed some clues on the identity of his new girlfriend. In an interview with PEP.ph, Echo said that his girlfriend is 24 years old and a host in the ETC channel for one of its fashion lifestyle show. He also revealed that he and his girlfriend are both into sports, particularly surfing.

Jericho also pointed out that her girlfriend is well-loved by his family, friends and managing company, Genesis. He reiterated that his new girlfriend is a very nice person, fun and 'kalog' and he don't want to build this up more. He will just let the people discover the realness in her.

Well, analyzing Jericho's clues, it seemed that his new girlfriend could be any of the hosts of fashion lifestyle show, Etcetera. She could either be Kim Jones or Patti Grandidge. Patti is said to be just 23 years old while Kim is 24.

Who do you think she was? Let's hope Echo will reveal soon but according to Push.com.ph, Echo is referring to Kim Jones, a Fil-British hottie who grew up in Australia but left when she was in her teens (probably the reason why she didn't speak like an Aussie. She appeared in many TV commercials for Jollibee, Globe and Sun Cellular.

Echo will be part of ABS-CBN's upcoming teleserye, Dahil Sa Pag-ibig which will premiere soon (replacing Budoy). He will be joined by Mr. Christopher De Leon, Piolo Pascual, Maricar Reyes and Cristine Reyes.

Housemate Deniesse Gets Force Evicted From PBB House!

Deniesse Joaquin was the latest evictee in Pinoy Big Brother Unlimited but not by garnering the lowest percentage of votes among the nominees but because of a force eviction by Big Brother. Last night, Deniesse took her final vow inside the house and got force evicted by making severe violations which broke the house's rulebook.

Deniesse's first 'mortal' violation was when she asked guest Melai Cantiveros about her image in the outside world. The other violation was when she was caught whispering with housemate Divine. The two violations made Kuya decide to evict Deniesse.

It was Carlo who got the lowest percentage of votes before the text voting was stopped on Friday to give way for the force eviction of Deniesse. Carlo got only 14.13% while Deniesse could have been saved with 20.85% of votes. Tin and Seiichi got the highest and the 2nd highest of save votes with 36.22% and 28.80%, respectively.

This week, a group of ex-housemates called M6 will enter the house for a very special task. They are Baron Geisler, Beauty Gonzales, Franzen Fajardo, Rica Paras, and this season's evictee, Luz McClinton and Kigoy Abarico.

John Lloyd Cruz and Angel Locsin to Guest on 'Sarah G Live' Pilot Episode?

Youngest Filipino Pop Royalty, Sarah Geronimo is now ready to conquer the stage in a much braver, bolder and fiercer way via her new weekly Sunday night musical variety show, Sarah G Live. The said show will premiere this Sunday, February 26 at 8:30 PM after Rated K.

Unofficially Yours stars, John Lloyd Cruz and Angel Locsin are rumored to be guesting on Sarah G Live's pilot episode. There are also rumors that Teleserye Queen, Ms. Judy Ann Santos will make a guest appearance on the show. John Lloyd and Judy Ann had got to work with the popstar princess in movies. Angel is yet to have a working project with Sarah.

Sarah G Live will showcase Sarah in several acts where she will sing, dance and host. She will be joined by Luis Manzano and Gab Valenciano. Teacher Georcelle Dapat-Sy will do the amazing choreography together with G-Force.

ABS-CBN's 'Princess and I' Teleserye Camera Test

Kathryn Bernardo's teleserye, Princess and I (formerly You're Always In My Heart) had its camera test for the cast early today. The said series will also star Gretchen Barretto, Albert Martinez, Enrique Gil, Daniel Padilla and Khalil Ramos. 

Princess and I will be another expensive production from ABS-CBN as this is set to shot some scenes in Bhutan, simulating the Royal status that the series is trying to portray. Gretchen will be playing the Queen or what they call The Ashi. Of course, Kathryn Bernardo will be the princess in this upcoming teleserye.

ABS-CBN continues its tradition of caliber and well-planned teleseryes which do not only boast of great characters and stories but also with the cost that each production flaunted. Shooting scenes outside the country for local teleseryes could be tiresome and costly but ABS-CBN had made it right with Walang Hanggan and Dahil Sa Pag-ibig which shot scenes in Italy. Jake Cuenca and Shaina Magdayao's Doha: Kung Ako'y Iiwan Mo also taped scenes in Doha, Qatar.

These are the reasons why we always are excited to every teleserye that this network has to offer. With Princess and I, another great series will be up for Filipinos all over the world.

OSCARS 2012 To Air Live Via Satellite on Studio 23 This February 27

Studio 23 takes you on a front row seat to the Oscars as it exclusively airs the 84th Academy Awards via satellite on free television this Monday (Feb 27) at 10:30 AM.

Meanwhile, Meryl Streep padded her record as the most nominated actress in the Oscars, now having a total of 17 nominations, after being nominated in the Actress in a Leading Role category for her portrayal in “The Iron Lady.” Competing with her in the category are Glenn Close (“Albert Nobbs”), Viola Davis (“The Help”), Rooney Mara (“The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo”), and Michelle Williams (“My Week with Marilyn”).

The 84th Academy Awards will be held at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood with Billy Crystal hosting the show for the ninth time. 10th Gawad Tanglaw 2012 Winners Revealed, ABS-CBN Won Top Honors

Gawad TANGLAW (Tagapuring mga Akademisyan ng Aninong Gumagalaw) give trophies to outstanding to outstanding movies, TV shows and radio programs in the 10th edition of its annual honor list. In celebration of its 1st decade as an award-giving body, it also names 11 artists dubbed as 'Pinaka Kapuri-puring Artista ng Dekada.'

The chosen stars are Cesar Montano, Coco Martin, Allen Dizon, Sid Lucero, Emilio Garcia, Vilma Santos, Nora Aunor, Gina Pareño, Ms. Anita Linda, Dr. Rustica Carpio, and Cherry Pie Picache.

In the film category, the satirical comedy, Ang Babae sa Septic Tank, has earned four accolades in 10th Gawad TANGLAW. This Eugene Domingo-starrer earned the following awards: Best Film, Best Director, Best Actress and Best Screenplay. 

This group of academicians chose ABS-CBN as the TV Station of the Year. Coco Martin is honored for having the Best Performance by an Actor in a Drama Series for ABS-CBN's Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin. Meanwhile, child actress Xyriel Manabat was able to beat other senior stars for the category Best Performance by an Actress in a Drama Series. Xyriel won for mimicking an adult for the Kapamilya teleserye 100 Days to Heaven. 

In the television arts, ABS-CBN won 14 trophies while its sister station ANC earned three accolades, GMA-7 bagged five awards, while TV5 won two trophies. PTV4 was also honored with one award.

Sandara Park, member of the popular Korean girl group 2NE1 stars in a CF web drama, Kiss Note opposite boy band SHINee in a project produced by Etude house. Both Dara and SHINee are endorsers of the said cosmetic brand and this new collaboration creates buzz among netizens across Asia.

Pamu Broke With Boyfriend Renz for Kevin Fowler

Pinoy Big Brother Unlimited housemate Pamu Pamorada ended her relationship with boyfriend, Renz on the February 24 episode of the said reality show. The 19-year old Kiti-kiti kid from Lipa City, Batangas had chosen housemate Kevin Fowler, who lately become close with the former.

The controversial break up of Pamu and Renz creates buzz on Twitter as they become trending topic the same night. The episode showed Kevin and Renz battling it out in a basketball game which was won by Renz in the end. However, Pamu seemed to had lost her feelings for her ex-beau, opening her heart to Kevin which she had met inside the PBB house.

Several reactions came from netizens, some supportive of Pamu's decision while some took sympathy on the ailing Renz, who had learned to take the fact and accept the things that happened, even though he's still hurting.

With this break-up and new-found love aired on national TV, will PBB boost its ratings? What will happen to Pamu and Kevin after this? Will they continue what they had outside the house or are they wooing for a new love team in showbiz?

The  photoshoot of Joseph and Julia's cover took inspiration from Vintage Americana. The cover story reveals what things make the two Coke ambassadors smile these days. Joseph shared his thoughts on being chosen as one of the Coke youth ambassadors. He said he was lucky enough to be chosen for the said huge project. Meanwhile, Julia expressed her joy and gratitude for being trusted with bigger opportunities these days.

Joseph Marco had his biggest break in Sabel where he stars opposite Jessy Mendiola and the late AJ Perez. Julia bloomed from a Goin' Bulilit kid to a leading lady in Walang Hanggan.

Unofficially Yours Grossed P100 Million on its First Week

Unofficially Yours starring Angel Locsin and John Lloyd Cruz is a certified box-office hit! After a record-breaking first day gross of P18.5 million for a Valentine movie, its gross after 1 week now reaches P100 million. The reported figure came from Star Cinema's Advertising and Promotions manager, Mico del Rosario. 

The said movie is now poised to be among the highest grossing movies in the Philippines, following the standards set by No Other Woman and The Unkabogable Praybeyt Benjamin. A sole venture of Star Cinema this time, this Angel-Lloydie starrer is now on its 2nd week.
