Dyesebel First Trailer Released; Anne Caught in A Love Triangle with Gerald and Sam

The first trailer of Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel was presented at the ABS-CBN trade event held January 31 at One Esplanade in Pasay City. In the trailer, Anne Curtis who plays the mermaid Dyesebel was caught in a love triangle between a merman named Liro (Sam Milby) and a human named Fredo (Gerald Anderson).

Dyesebel,which is directed by Don Cuaresma and Francis Pasion, boasts of big names like Andi Eigenmann, Gabby Concepcion, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Dawn Zulueta, Eula Valdes and Ai Ai delas Alas. Other cast members include Bangs Garcia, Ogie Diaz, Bodie Cruz, Neil Coleta, Young JV, Nico Antonio, Markki Stroem and Erin Ocampo.

The biggest fantaserye of the year will hit Philippine television this March 2014. Watch the trade trailer of Dyesebel below.

Lino Cayetano, Fille Cainglet Wedding Set this Month

TV director and now Taguig congressman Lino Cayetano will be tying the knot with Fille Saint Merced Cainglet, his girlfriend of three months. 

Entertainment reporter Ogie Diaz broke the news on his website, revealing that the wedding is set this month. The groom-to-be, however, refused to give further details about the wedding.

"Outside Metro Manila gaganapin ang kasal; this month na nga ang kasal; family affair lang talaga ang kasal at sa reception na lang imi-meet ang piling-piling bisita," Ogie Diaz shared.

According to reports, Direk Lino has formally introduced Fille as his fiancee to some colleagues from the House of Representatives. Meanwhile, Direk Lino's older brother, Senate Majority Leader Allan Peter Cayetano confirmed the news in an interview with Rappler.com at the senate. 

"For more than a month, he’s (Lino) really been talking about settling down, being in love and for the last couple of weeks, he said that he’s very, very serious and they just wanna do it, settling down and deciding to stay together as husband and wife. When they’ll actually do it and how they’ll actually do it, I’ll leave it up to them," said the senator.

The sudden wedding announcement created speculations that Fille, a former star player of the Ateneo Lady Eagles volleyball team, was pregnant. However, sources close to the couple denied the rumor.

The 36-year-old Direk Lino met 23-year-old Fille last summer in a UAAP volleyball tournament. Before the two became a couple, the director was previously in a relationship with host Bianca Gonzalez, stylist Liz Uy and actress KC Concepcion. He was also once linked to Kris Aquino.

Joey Marquez Returns to 'Showbiz Inside Report' this Saturday (June 1)

Showbiz Inside Report host Joey Marquez will finally return to ABS-CBN’s trending showbiz talk show this Saturday (June 1). 

After a few weeks, Joey will reunite with his co-hosts Janice de Belen, Carmina Villarroel and Ogie Diaz to provide ‘male perspective’ on the hottest issues in the showbiz industry. It can be recalled that Tsong Joey took a leave of absence last March to concentrate for his campaign as a congressman in Parañaque's 2nd district.

Sarah G Live! to End Soon; Sarah to Star in a Weekly Drama Anthology

Sunday night musical variety show Sarah G Live! will be getting the axe soon according to sources. The Sarah Geronimo show will bid goodbye in two weeks time and it will be replaced by Pilipinas Got Talent.

In last Sunday's episode of Sarah G Live, semi-regular co-host Robi Domingo announced that viewers should not miss Sarah G Live this coming Sunday (February 10) as the Popstar Sarah G will be revealing something big as it celebrates its first year anniversary.

According to entertainment columnist and host Ogie Diaz, there's the possibility that Sarah will be announcing the end of Sarah G Live on Sunday yet a source told him that Sarah's show bidding goodbye on air is just temporary to occupy PGT which will soon air its 4th season.

Ogie's source also revealed that fans of Sarah should not worry as the popstar princess will still be visible on TV even though SGL goes off air. Sarah will be headlining her own weekly drama anthology which will feature light and 'kilig' episodes. A sitcom is also a possibility as this was stipulated in her contract.

Sources also claim that Sarah G Live! might return again after all the shows in lined for her so that fans will always see something fresh and new from the popstar.

Dina Bonnevie, Mother of 13 Kids in MMK this November 24

Well-acclaimed actress Dina Bonnevie will make TV viewers cry in "Maalaala Mo Kaya" this Saturday (November 24) as she will portray the role of Bebeng, a dedicated wife and mother to her 13 kids, who would always draw strength from her flower shop business in times of trials.

Bebeng and her husband together with their thirteen children enjoyed a happy family life until several tragedies came their way--their eldest son was diagnosed with cancer, their third daughter got pregnant early, their sixth son was epileptic, while her 12th daughter died because of pneumonia. Because of these misfortunes, Bebeng eventually lost her flower shop and almost lost her will to continue living. On the verge of giving up, what will make Bebeng realize that she had to carry on with their life?

Daniel-Katerina Wedding Photos in Walang Hanggan

The most-awaited wedding of Daniel (Coco Martin) and Katerina (Julia Montes) in Walang Hanggan will finally air next week. The scene is expected to hit television starting Monday, October 15. 

ABS-CBN reportedly spent P3.2 million (about half a million for the Cymbidum orchids adorning the aisle) for the grand union of Daniel and Katerina which is one of the highlights of the show's last 2 weeks. The scene was taped last October 8.

Angeline Quinto Shoots Music Video in Toda Max this September 29

Isabel (Angel Locsin), Joy (Christine Reyes) and Myrtle (Myrtle Sarrosa) will go wild as the famous singer-actress, Angeline Quinto shoots her latest music video in their neighborhood on “TODA Max” this Saturday (September 29).

An ocular inspection for this will make Angeline and her manager, Mamu (Ogie Diaz) visit the “TODA Max” neighborhood where they will face a disaster as Justin (Vhong Navarro) accidentally hits the celebrity’s face with a frying pan.

Mamu will accuse Justin of being a lunatic who wants to murder Angeline. To prove that his cousin is innocent, Tol (Binoe) will apply as Angeline’s bodyguard.

Helen Gamboa Hospitalized after Richard Gomez Accidentally Hit Her on Taping

Veteran actress Helen Gamboa was brought to the hospital on Monday, July 25 after an accident which happened during the taping for their top-rating series Walang Hanggan.

The accident caused a slight panic among the staff which prompted them to rush Ms. Helen Gamboa to a nearby hospital  in Marikina. 

According to actor Richard Gomez, who plays Marco, the son of Helen's role Doña Margaret in the primetime series, he accidentally hit Tita Helen in a scene wherein he was shot with a gun.

"It was an accident sa isang eksena namin, kasi binaril ako, so pagtama sa akin bumagsak ako, eh si Tita Helen nasa likod ko," Richard Gomez told ABS-CBN News.

Richard also said he was relieved that Ms. Helen Gamboa's head did not hit the floor since their co-star Ogie Diaz managed to prevent that from happening. He just hoped that there will be no complications on Tita Helen after the accident.

"Noong bumagsak ako, tumama ako kay Tita Helen and that made her fall. It's a good thing bago tumama ulo ni Tita Helen, nasalo siya ni Ogie Diaz. Nagpa-check up agad si Tita Helen and she's okay naman. Maybe some spasms lang sa katawan," Richard Gomez added.

The said scene where Richard Gomez's character (Marco) is shot will be shown in tomorrow's episode of Walang Hanggan.
